Safe Zone Committee
The Safe Zone Committee at ³Ô¹ÏÍ·Ìõ is a group of faculty and staff who are committed to advocating for the LGBTQ+ community on our campuses. We are allies in action for all LGBTQ+ identities. The committee creates and facilitates Safe Zone Ally training for employees, advocates within our own departments and the college as a whole, and maintains a list of resources for LGBTQ+ campus community members.
Our Charge: To create and sustain a culture of advocacy, inclusion, and accessibility for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
